Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Perishable items (such as ghee and herbal jams) cannot be returned once opened.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it.
